- QRtiger v-card account set up and verified
- Linked payment gateway (Venmo, FonePay, or Alipay)
- Valid email address for token delivery/receipt
MEGAvoters (Printing Authority)
- Active MEGAvoter membership ($12 annual subscription)
- Minimum 10 confirmed deliveries in previous two 10-packs
- Authorization to issue (not print) vouchers and hang tags
- Member Treasury printing fulfillment approval
- Completed “Go Fly a Kite for Peace” karaoke requirement
Peacekeepers (Unlimited Printing)
- Peacekeeper Patron Gateway (PPG) status (top 30 XP leaders)
- 3% earnings qualification on hang tag/voucher utilization
- Licensed token issuer status
- Unlimited personal token printing rights
