The “$4” is a serendipity approach: a voluntary signal created at the moment of a confirmed delivery that can direct attention, assignment, and coordination toward disaster relief and mutual aid.

  • If Active this month, each confirmed delivery records a personal $4 serendipity pledge signal.
  • The system can assign your “$4 moment” by timestamp + location into a Peace Pentagon branch, Buyer POC, and Seller POC.
  • Monthly assurance pledge reference can be any amount (suggested: $10) and remains voluntary.
  • No loss with inactivity: being inactive pauses new $4 signals, but prior records remain visible.
